Hays vrs. Ehrman---Beyond the Da Vinci Code

This is an interesting conversation (not for the faint of heart) between Richard Hays (NT professor at Duke) and Bart Ehrman (Professor of Religion at North Carolina) regarding some of the foundational questions that the Da Vinci Code has raised (i.e. reliability of the New Testament, value of Gnostic Gospels, who decides what orthodoxy is, etc.). Ehrman, a self-described ex-evangelical gnostic, is best known for his "Misquoting Jesus", a New York Times bestseller about how the New Testament was altered by later scribes. Enter at risk; both guys raise some difficult questions without easy answers.
