My time in San Diego at the Society of Biblical Literature went very well. I presented a paper on my research in 1 Peter (1 Peter 2.25 and Zechariah's Shepherd-King) and received very positive and helpful feedback from both Septuagint and 1 Peter scholars. I am currently preparing the paper for publication in a journal for New Testament studies.
