Leadership Training, The Greatest Need in the Christian Church Worldwide

“Clearly, the greatest need of the Christian church worldwide is leadership training. The Christian church…[is] in a period of advance that maybe history has never seen before. Sometimes we don’t always see that here in the West…but worldwide Christianity is advancing..., many people are coming to faith in Christ. Estimates go all over the map, from 80 to 150 thousand per day…The question that the church faces everywhere is, how will we mold those lives, how will we disciple those new believers, how will we shape those new communities.”
