Castro Retires; Raul releases political dissident

There are two big stories in the news today regarding Cuba. First, Castro retires (read here and here). Second, Raul Castro (acting president), recently released four Cuban dissidents (read here). This seems to be a trend with Raul (see here), which could prove to be positive for US-Cuba relations, and may even have huge (positive) ramifications for the work we are doing in Cuba developing formal theological education.
