In case you were not aware, it is Highland Games Season! This weekend we witnessed the first game of the season. There are four different genres in the games: the running races, wrestling (in kilts), highland dance competitions, and what most come to see, the throwing games--big men in kilts throwing shot puts, 5o lbs stones, 15-foot logs, and sheaves.
