Is a Seminary Education the Real Problem with Church Leadership?

If you are interested in thinking critically about the 'best way' to do theological education, you might find that this post stimulates your thinking. It is written by a friend and former colleague of mine, Dr. David Baer. Fozzy, as we like to call him, offers an excellent response to the all-too-common critique which suggests that seminary education is the real culprit behind our leadership anemia in the church today. If it were only that easy to identify the problem!

Enjoy!
