I look at this as a problem with public speaking. She was nervous, and a speech class or two would help her think on her feet.
Granted, after seeing her 'second chance' on the Today Show it was clear to me that she doesn't appear to do a lot of thinking anyway...but maybe she's a great girl to converse with when she's not on national television? Am I being too generous?
